PIRIL was founded as a contractor in 1985 in Adana/Turkey to serve to the Incirlik Nato Airbase under 39 th Contracting Department for infrastructure construction, services, procuring, rental any heavy equipments, electrical works and building mechanics, steel structures, industrial structures, alarm systems, and etc.

PIRIL is steadily growing and updating its technical adequacy and capacity on new and daring projects. Its highly qualified and experienced staff with a heavy preponderance of civil, mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineers and architects is multiplying its size in parallel to this growth. And new technologies and equipment cutting construction times and budgets without sacrificing quality or safety are being introduced.

PIRIL has successfully completed over 110 construction projects on different sides of Turkey and Iraq. PIRIL has completed the following projects successfully on time; Infrastructures & superstructure projects; HVAC, Fire Suppression, high/med./low voltage electrical systems, interior electrical systems, communication lines, ATFP projects, fueling systems, lightning systems, fencing, and many special constructions on time and without any incury.

PIRIL is one of the top suppliers; importing and exporting every kinds of best quality products in order to supply US Air Forces, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR) in Iraq and Turkey.

PIRIL has been performing port services at Iskenderun Iron Steel factory for years. PIRIL constructed trade complexes, apartments, irrigation projects and other construction projects at different locations in Turkey.

PIRIL is located at Kirkuk, Baqubah, Baji, Tikrit, Anaconda, Victory/ Baghdad bases in IRAQ.

PIRIL has carried out contracts from the USAF Command Headquarters during Northern Iraq Refugees in Northern Iraq in 1989 and received great appreciation from 39th Contracting Sq. in INCIRLIK AIR BASE/TURKEY.

PIRIL has delivered water for the US forces at Iraq to Tikrit, Taji, Kirkuk, Q-West, Anaconda, Taji, Victory Base/Baghdad. (Contract No: FA5685-05-D-0002 which is $ 105,000,000 value project).

PIRIL has role constructing of MWR Facilities and Fire Stations for KBR, and KICC Project with Flour Co. at Anaconda, Camp Victory/Bagdad, which are completed 100% today. PIRIL has completed Ballistic Shielded TECHNICAL CONTROL FACILITY for COMPUTER SCIENCES CORPORATON(CSC), and also performing GENERATOR Maintenace services for CSC Company.

PIRIL is providing SST Trucks and truck drivers and helpers which for Black/Grey Water Removal Services in Tikrit Camp Speicher  (Sub Con#:GU84VC SN00193) site c1 Speicher at the moment since 2005, providing SST Fuel Trucks for US army at Iraq wide, for Fuel Supply, and also providing  Heavy equipment and operator services for  KBR at Tikrit and Taji in Iraq.

PIRIL has a good credit rating and a high reliability among national financing organizations. PIRIL was completed over $25,000,000 construction projects at US bases in Iraq for 2005. PIRIL has delivered $32,000,000 goods, spare parts, equipments etc. to US bases in Iraq for 2005.

In the last six years PIRIL’s total turnover has been approximately US $140 million. PIRIL is ready for $200,000,000 budget any construction or services projects.
