PIRIL was founded as a contractor in 1985 in Adana, Turkey. It first serviced Incirlik Nato Airbase supporting the 39th Contracting Office for a variety of services, including, but not limited to: procurement, heavy equipment rentals and operation, all aspects of infrastructure construction, electrical installation and repair, building mechanics, steel and industrial structures, alarm systems, road and runway repairs and drainage systems.
PIRIL carried out other special contracts for the USAF Command Headquarters relating to Northern Iraq Refugees in 1989 and received great appreciation from the 39th Contracting Squadron at INCIRLIK AIR BASE/TURKEY
Since it`s creation, PIRIL has successfully completed a multitude of construction projects throughout Turkey, Iraq and Afghanistan. These projects include, but are not limited to: Infrastructures and superstructures; HVAC, Fire Suppression, high/med./low voltage electrical systems, interior electrical systems, communication lines, ATFP projects, fueling systems, lightning systems, fencing, road and drainage construction, trade complexes, apartments, irrigation and numerous other special construction projects. These were all completed without injury, on time and within budgetary constraints.
PIRIL is a quality supplier. It imports and exports numerous types of high quality products and supplies, in support of Coalition Forces , the local Air Force Base, United Nations, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), and TWI throughout the theater and Europe.
Through it`s Computer Technology Department, PIRIL provides, and has provided, computer, computer & electronical parts, software and related services to the US Army, Air Force and KBR.
PIRIL has been performing port/dock services at Iskenderun Iron Steel factory for years.
PIRIL provides Iraq with a Labor Force Supply for a variety of other projects such as housekeeping, janitorial, maintenance, landscaping, etc…
PIRIL is located at Kirkuk, Baqubah, Baji, Tikrit, Anaconda, Victory/ Baghdad bases in IRAQ. Piril is a registered Iraqi company and provides local hire manpower where opportunity permits. PIRIL is located at Bagram AB, Kabul in AFGHANISTAN. Piril is a registered Afghanistan company and provides local hire manpower where opportunity permits.
Additional qualified staff and skilled labor is consistently added to the
